It has been a few days since I blogged and I just wanted to update you. The next blog will complete the series on anger by addressing assertive expression. The next feeling I will probably discuss is worry. Why we worry? And what you can do to rid yourself of this rather useless emotion.
The next few weeks are going to be focused on getting the AWARENESS iPhone application ready for release. We have added some exciting features to it which will not only help people become more aware of and in touch with their feelings, but will teach some important meditative practices to help people ground themselves in the present moment. The release date is scheduled for the first week in November. I am writing several articles about the application and its benefits and will probably post one shortly.
I am also working on creating a new home page that will describe me somewhat more succinctly. I have created a new and more focused message of who I am and what I do. I will post all that information soon.
