Feelings Matter! Video and Photo Contest

Tuesday, January 11 at 12:00am – February 12 at 11:30pm

The mission of GLEAM is to begin a global conversation about the role our emotions play in our lives. When we are not aware of our feelings:

  • we often say and do things that harm us and people we care about
  • we let fear and insecurity prevent us from pursuing our goals
  • we can get locked in negative emotions and can’t see the bigger picture
  • we don’t feel free and comfortable in our own skin
  • we don’t access or enjoy the peace that lives inside us
  • we don’t fully experience or receive the love that other people have for us

By joining this conversation we will not only enrich our daily lives; we will transmit open-heartedness, freedom and peace throughout the global community.
